Booking & Payment
Online: Pay in full when booking, or pay deposit + balance on arrival.
On Arrival: We accept card and cash. No cheques please!
Deposit: £50-£100 taken on arrival, refunded when boat returns safely.
7+ days notice: Full refund.
3-7 days notice: 50% refund or reschedule free.
Less than 3 days: No refund (but you can reschedule if space allows).
Bad weather: Full refund or free reschedule – we'll call you.
