    No. They receive an email containing a private link to their own agreement. It opens in any browser. There is nothing to install, no account to create and no password to remember — which is the main reason agreements actually come back.

    PayCamp records an acknowledgement, not a drawn signature. When the customer acknowledges, we store the date and time, the device they used and the exact wording that was on screen. That is a considerably stronger record than an email attachment nobody replied to, but whether any given agreement is binding depends on its wording and on your own legal advice. We are not lawyers and PayCamp is not a substitute for one.

    Yes. Every agreement records when it was sent, when it was first opened and when it was acknowledged. An agreement that has been sent but never opened looks different from one that has been read and ignored, and you can chase accordingly.

    Where it makes sense, yes. An agreement can be attached to a specific mooring, boat, plot or pitch as well as to the customer, so you can look at a berth and see which agreement covers it, or look at a customer and see everything they have signed up to.

    They stay against the customer record. Each agreement stores the full wording as it was sent, so a renewal on new terms does not overwrite what the customer agreed to last year.
