Instead of a separate login for each location, you hold a role at each site under one account and switch between them without logging out — while each site keeps its own branding, pricing and configuration. PayCamp is designed specifically for UK operators managing portfolios of leisure and residential sites.

    Yes. PayCamp handles mixed portfolios out of the box. Coastal marinas, inland moorings, touring parks, static caravan sites, holiday parks — they all fit into one platform. Each site type has its own feature set (berth management for marinas, pitch calendars for campsites, plot management for statics) and you move between them from the site picker without logging out.

    PayCamp uses role-based access control. Site managers only see their own site's data — bookings, customers, invoices, and reports for their location only. Group administrators and operations directors see everything across all sites. You can create custom permission levels (view-only, full access, manager, etc.) and assign staff to specific sites or give them portfolio-wide access as needed.

    Not yet in one view. Every report — occupancy, revenue, aged debt, compliance — runs per site, and you switch sites to see the next one. A single cross-site view is the next piece of multi-site work rather than something the product does today. We would rather tell you that than have you find it out in week two.

    Absolutely. Each site can have its own logo, invoice templates, pricing structure, seasonal rates, and customer communications. Guests and berth holders see only their site's branding — they don't need to know you manage multiple locations. Behind the scenes, you get unified data and consistent processes.

    PayCamp tracks meter readings per pitch or berth at each site. Each location can have its own electricity rate (useful if energy costs vary by region) and billing frequency. Site staff enter readings on their schedule, and the system calculates usage, applies VAT, and generates invoices. Electricity revenue and consumption patterns are reported per site.

    Yes, PayCamp offers dedicated onboarding support for multi-site operators. We'll help you configure each site, import existing customer and booking data, train site managers, and ensure a smooth transition. Larger operators get a named contact and priority support. We do not publish an uptime SLA — our Terms set out the commitment we do make.

    Per site: occupancy, revenue by period, aged debtor reports showing what is outstanding, compliance views (BSS certificates, caravan ages, licence expiry), staff activity logs and booking trends. Each can be filtered by date range or accommodation type and exported to Excel or PDF. You run them a site at a time and switch sites from the picker — a combined group view is not built yet.
