What happens
1. Send the form
Tell us roughly how many pitches, berths or plots you have, what you use today, and two or three times that suit you.
2. Hamish replies to agree a time
A person reads it, not a bot. We aim to reply within one working day, by email, to fix a time for a phone or video call.
3. A 20-minute call
You say how the site runs; we show you the same jobs in the PayCamp demo. You get a straight answer on whether it fits.
4. If you go ahead
Setup starts with a call: we set up your pitches or berths, bring across what you keep in a spreadsheet, and get your first invoice out.

Is this a sales call?
It is a conversation about whether PayCamp fits your site. There is no script and no follow-up sequence. If a free tool or another system suits you better, Hamish will say so.
Does it cost anything?
No. The call is free, and so is the 14-day trial. PayCamp plans start at £49 a month for up to 25 pitches, berths or plots.
Can I just start a free trial instead?
Yes. The trial is 14 days with no card needed, and you can start it straight away. The call is there for anyone who would rather talk it through first.
Can guests book online with PayCamp?
Not yet. Guests send a booking enquiry from your website and you confirm it in PayCamp. Online self-booking for pitches and berths is on our roadmap, so if guests booking by themselves is essential today, say so on the call and we will tell you honestly.
Who is Hamish?
Hamish Lowry-Martin is co-founder of Towpath Digital Ltd, the UK company that builds PayCamp. The company is based at Huntingdon Boathaven on the Great Ouse.
