PayCamp is campsite booking software for UK sites where you confirm each booking yourself: a pitch calendar that stops double bookings, an enquiry inbox, invoices with VAT and a Pay Now link, and electric hook-up billed by the kWh. It suits touring sites, seasonal pitches and CL or CS sites moving off a paper diary or a spreadsheet.
Online guest booking: where PayCamp is today
Guests cannot yet book and pay for a pitch on their own. They send a booking enquiry, by phone, by email or from your website, it lands in your PayCamp enquiry inbox, and you confirm the booking. Online self-booking for pitches is on our roadmap, and we will not put a date on it until it is ready.
That suits sites that like to speak to guests first: seasonal pitches, CLs, and sites that vet bookings. How a booking works in PayCamp
- A guest enquires, and the enquiry is logged in your inbox so it does not get lost.
- You check the pitch booking calendar and create the booking. Seasonal rates apply automatically.
- PayCamp raises the invoice with VAT and a Pay Now link, and the guest pays by card.
- The payment is recorded against the booking, ready for arrival.
Electric hook-up billed by the kWh
Record the meter reading when a guest arrives and when they leave, and PayCamp works out the units, applies your rate and VAT, and adds the charge to the invoice.
