Self-Service Pay Point
Walk through the complete Pay Point flow — from QR scan to branded arrival guide to instant owner notification. This is exactly what your customers and staff experience.
📱 Customer scans the Pay Point QR code
A static QR poster at your gate, reception, or notice board — customers scan it with their phone camera.
What you are looking at
This is a simulation running in your browser. No card is charged, no money moves, and the amount on screen is sample data. What is real is the sequence: scan the code, see what is owed, pay, get a receipt. That is the whole interaction a guest or berth holder has with a pay point, and it is deliberately short.
The point of a pay point is that nobody has to be at reception for it to work. A code on the pitch, the berth, the meter or the arrival board opens a payment page for that specific spot, so the customer is never asked to type a reference or hunt for their booking number. The amount comes from the same record your staff see in the dashboard, which is why the balance clears as it is paid rather than when someone reconciles the till.
Where the money goes is your choice. On PayCamp Payments the card is processed by us and settled to your bank on Stripe's own schedule. On your own Stripe account the funds land in your Stripe balance and PayCamp takes nothing from the transaction. Both routes are priced on the pricing page.
What the demo does not show
It stops at the receipt. In a live account the payment also writes back to the booking, settles the invoice it belongs to, and appears in that day's takings without anyone keying it in. That write-back is the part that saves the time; the payment screen is just the front of it.
