    Introducing the Branded Arrival Guide: Turn Payments Into Welcome Packs

    After a customer pays via your Pay Point QR code, they now see your WiFi code, gate access, and a welcome message — turning a payment receipt into a useful arrival guide.

    The Problem With Payment Dead-Ends

    Picture this: a customer arrives at your campsite at 10pm. They scan your Pay Point QR code, pay for their pitch, and see… "Payment Successful." That's it. Now they're standing in the dark wondering what the WiFi password is, which gate code to use, and where their pitch actually is.

    Until now, the payment confirmation was a dead-end. The customer paid, got a Stripe receipt, and was left to figure out the rest.

    The Solution: A Branded Arrival Guide

    We've completely redesigned the Pay Point success page. After a customer pays, instead of a plain confirmation, they now see a branded arrival guide with everything they need:

    WiFi Access — With Copy Buttons

    Your WiFi network name and password are displayed in easy-to-read cards with one-tap copy buttons. No more laminated signs that are impossible to read in the dark.

    Gate Access Codes

    If your site has coded gates, the access code is displayed prominently. Large font, high contrast, easy to read on a phone screen.

    Custom Welcome Message

    Write a personal welcome message that appears after every payment. Include directions to the shower block, office hours, emergency contacts — whatever your guests need to know on arrival.

    Custom Info Blocks

    Need to share a link to your pitch map? Site rules? Local pub recommendations? Add unlimited custom blocks with a title and content — they render beautifully on mobile.

    How to Set It Up

    1. Go to Settings → Pay Point
    2. Scroll down to Post-Payment Info
    3. Fill in the fields you want to display — WiFi, gate code, welcome message
    4. Add any custom info blocks
    5. Click Save

    That's it. Every customer who pays via your Pay Point will see your branded arrival guide immediately after payment.

    💡 Pro Tip: This is especially powerful for unmanned sites, late arrivals, and stopover moorings. The customer gets everything they need without having to call anyone.
